REQUEST TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF DIESEL (FIXED PRICE AGREEMENT)

In the framework of Provision of Diesel for IOM Abuja Office Generators (Fixed Price Agreement), IOM invites interested Service Providers to submit Quotations for the below services:
Item No. Item Description Unit 1 100% quality diesel 1 Liter
Price should include:
• Delivery to IOM Abuja office, 55 Hassan Musa Katsina Road, Asokoro extension to Guzape,
• Mode of order: On call basis according to IOM needs. Service Provider must be able to deliver within 24 hours.
• Fixed/valid price for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months; from the date of the quotation
• Payment Terms and Bank Details in Company’s Name
Quotations shall be Submitted by hand or email not later than 4th April 2022 to:

Later Quotations will not be accepted.
With this RFQ is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
