(1.0) INTRODUCTION
As part of efforts to give back to the community dividend of democracy through provision of social amenities for the benefit of citizens and general public, Lagos Island East LCDA hereby invites qualified consultants, contractors and service providers for the execution of the listed projects/services.

(5.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
(1) Cover letter duly signed by the company’s authorised signatory (ies). Indicating the area of Specification
(2) Certification of Incorporation Registration with CAC
(3) Company’s auditing accounts for 2018, 2019 and 2020
(4) Copy of company’s Tax Clearance for the last 3years
(5) Evidence of Registration with Lagos Island East L.C.D.A
(6) Radio and television licence receipt (Current year)
NOTE
(1) EOI/Pre-qualification submission must in English only and clear about area(s) of Interest and compliance to each category
(2) Interested applicants must note that the Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area reserves the right to verify claims made in the Pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level
(3) The Pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Lagos Island East L.C.D.A to award any contract
(4) The cost for this exercise will be sole Responsibility of the interested part(ies)
