LEKKI, LAGOS INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Lekki Local Council Development Area in pursuance of its mandate and in compliance with the requirement of the Lagos State Procurement Law as amended in 2021 and in line with 2022 capital budgetary provision of the Local Government.
The Local Government hereby invites Expression of Interest from prospective Contractors/Suppliers/Consultant with the objective of pre-qualifying these Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants to develop a data base of service providers with which the Lekki Local Council Development Area will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards.
(2.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS
(A) WORKS
Lot 1 Construction of roads (interlocking) Lot 2 Construction/Rehabilitation of PHC Lot 3 Construction/Completion of public toilets Lot 4 Construction/Completion of bore-hole system Lot 5 Rehabilitation of Schools Lot 6 Provision of solar street lighting Lot 7 Construction of drainages and culverts Lot 8 Construction of buildings (staff quarters) Lot 9 Construction of Rivercraft/Boat Lot 10 Construction of Staff Canteen
(B) GOODS
Lot 1 Procurement of official vehicles Lot 2 Procurement of utility vehicles Lot 3 Procurement of furniture’s Lot 4 Procurement of educational materials/school furniture’s Lot 5 Procurement of computer system (desktop/laptop) Lot 6 Procurement of health equipment Lot 7 Procurement of sanitary tools Lot 8 Procurement of chemicals
(C) CONSULTING SERVICES

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Covering letter duly signed by the company authorized signatory(ies) indicating the area of specialization.
(2) Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with – Commission (CAC).
(3) Company’s Audited Accounts for 2019, 2020 and 2021
(4) Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years (2019 – 2021)
(5) Performance Bond for a reputable financial institution.
(6) Evidence of Technical and Financial capability to execute projects and supply good
(7) Evidence of previous jobs done for the government
NOTE
(1) EOI-Pre-qualification submission must be in English Language only and clear about area(s) of interest and competency of each category.
(2) Interested applicants must note that the Lekki Local Council Development- Area reserves the right to verify the claims made in Pre-qualification document made in Pre-qualification document submitted by at any level.
(3) This Pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Lekki Local Council Development Area to award any contract.
(4) The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party(ies) to this invitation.
(5) Interested and eligible applicant may obtain further information at the procurement office at Lekki Local Council Development Area with non-refundable fee N20.000.00 for bidding- documents.
