The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Sub Office Ogoja, invites qualified Vendors to make a firm offer for the supply, delivery of livelihood items as indicated in lots I – VII of this ITB (referred to hereinafter as Livelihood Materials)
The estimated annual requirement is stated in Annex A – ToRs Specifications for Livelihood Materials. Partial bidding by Lots is acceptable.
The successful bidders will be requested to supply and deliver the livelihood materials to UNHCR Warehouse, located at Governor Lodge Road GRA Igoli Ogoja Local Government Area, Cross River State. The delivery point is UNHCR warehouse GRA Igoli, Ogoja LGA, Cross River State.

Nigeria Time Bids should be submitted by file upload to eTenderBox, the online bid registration tool of UNHCR.
The eTenderBox can be accessed via the following URL: http://etenderbox.unhcr.org. In order to use eTenderBox, registration on the website is required. This registration is exclusively for eTenderBox and does not replace any other registrations for UNHCR applications. One Supplier should have only one registered email account in the system.
