THE BIDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility to Bid will attract the sum of N50,000 nonrefundable fee but will serve as part payment for the successful bidders.
Bidding and inspection of machines will start on issue date and end on the 9th May, 2022.
Visits to the site is only on workdays between the hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Bidders are to submit their bids and proof of payment of N50,000 in a sealed envelope labelled “BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MACHINES” via the above address or E-mail.
- The Auction Date is 12th of May 2022, Time 10:00am.
- Successful Bidder shall pay 50 percent down payment immediately the bid is won and balance payment within three days after the auction.
- The timeline for removing the items from the premises is within 2 weeks of payment.
- NOTE: The highest bidder from the bid received will serve as the bidding basis for the auction sales.
