(3) All bids must be accompanied by the following:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(ii) Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Government;
(iii) DSIR Card
(iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises. Utilities Bill etc.;
(v) Evidence of Payment into Delta State IGR account Tender fee of N25,000.00 for Construction of Hand Pump and Toilet Projects, N45,000.00 for Construction/ Renovation of Classrooms/Block Wall Fence Projects and N60,000.00 for Procurement and Supply of Dual Desk Projects.
(vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical qualification;
(vii) Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from Bank and Audited Accounts for last 3 years);
(viii) Evidence of previous similar jobs successfully executed;
(ix) Memorandum/Articles of Association where applicable; and
(x) Evidence of payment of anon-refundable deposit of N40,000.00 for all projects in Bank Draft in favour of State Universal Basic Education Board, Asaba for processing and technical analysis of Bid documents.
(4) Bidders are advised to visit and inspect the Projects sites before bidding.
(5) Completed Bids shall be returned in a wax-sealed envelope marked “Company Name” “Project Name” at the top right corner and addressed to:

(6) The closing date for the submission of Bids is on or before 12.00 noon on Thursday, 2 June, 2022. The Bids will be opened same day Thursday, 2 June, 2022 immediately after the closing at the Board Headquarter, Maryam Babaginda Way, Asaba, Delta State.
(7) Bidders should know that the Board is not constrained to accept the lowest bidder or bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the selection process at any time without incurring any liabilities and assigning any reason thereof in accordance with section 28(b) of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
(8) Delta SUBEB will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
(9) Change of Lots after Bidding is not allowed.
