INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR WORKS, GOODS AND SERVICESCORRIGENDUM
(1) It may be reached that the Ministry placed advertisements in the Leadership and the Nation Newspapers as well as the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday 18, April 2022, thereby inviting experienced and competent contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers to submit Pre-qualification, Technical and Expression of Interest (EoI) documents for the execution of the Ministry’s projects as contained in the Appropriation Act, 2022. The deadline for the submission and opening of the Pre-qualifications/technical and EoI documents was slated for 12:00 noon on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
(2) However, in order to give interested bidders adequate time for the preparation of their Pre-qualification documents in view of the Public Holidays that might be declared by the Federal Government in respect of the up-coming Sallah (Eid el-Fitri), the deadline for the submission of the Pre-qualification, Technical and Expression of Interested (EOI) documents has now been extended to Monday 9 May, 2022 at 12:00 noon.
(3) Kindly note that the Virtual Opening of EoI/Technical Bid Documents will be conducted immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 9 May, 2022 at the Conference Hall, 1st Floor, Block A, FMW&H, Mabushi, Abuja, Works Sector
(4) All bidders are further advised to note that:
(i) The Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The Bids Opening will be covered by video recording (invitation link will be sent to bidders to join the bid opening online) with the physical presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organisation in the areas of Anti-Corruption/Transparency.
