KWARA STATE MINISTRY OF BUSINESS, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY-
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REHABILITATION OF MOTEL
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Kwara State Ministry of Business, Innovation & Technology is proposing to rehabilitate Patigi Regata Motel located at Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State, thus, interested, reputable and competent Contractors with relevant experience and good track records are hereby invited to submit Bids for rehabilitation of the Motel, accordingly.
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORKS
The rehabilitation works include: main building, block of shops and external works.
(3.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested and competent Contractors wishing to submit tenders are to submit their company profiles which shall include the following details:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
(ii) Company’s 3 years Tax Certificate (2019, 2020 and 2021).
(iii) Valid Current Pension Compliance Certificate 31st Dec., 2021.
(iv) Current ITF compliance Certificate valid till 31st Dec., 2021.
(v) Current NSITF compliance Certificate valid till 31st Dec., 2021.
(vi) Registration evidence with Kwara State Public Procurement Agency.
(vii) Company Audited Accounts for 2019, 2020 and 2021.
(viii) Certification of Financial capability to execute the project from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria.
(ix) Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff including their Academic and professional qualifications.
(x) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates, etc.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective Bidders are advised to log on to Kwara State Public Procurement Agency E-procurement platform for registration and upload soft copies of Technical and financial bids on or before 12:00pm on Thursday 19 May, 2022.
(5.0) OPENING OF BIDS
The bid documents will be opened online and physically immediately after the submission deadline 12:00pm of Thursday, 19 May, 2022 in the Conference Room of the Ministry.
Please note that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology will not be held liable for wrongly submitted Bid documents.
(6.0) GENERAL INFORMATION
(a) Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the Company;
(b) Arrangement of technical documents should follow the order in the list above and appropriately paged. The technical document should have a table of content indicating the pages, which these items are to be found.
(c) The Kwara State Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology is not bound to accept any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement Process at any time without incurring liabilities in accordance with section 38 of the Kwara State Public Procurement Law, No. 7 of 2018 as amended.
