AUCTION SALE OF USED VEHICLES AND GENERATOR AND ITEMS

Society for Family Health (SFH) is a leading non-governmental public health organization in Nigeria, implementing programmes in Reproductive Health/Family Planning, HIV & AIDS Prevention and Treatment, Malaria Prevention and Treatment, Primary Health Care System Strengthening and Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Care.

INSPECTION
The vehicles and generator are available for inspection at the location(s) stated on the website between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on all workdays from 14 to 26 April 2022.

AUCTION DETAILS
(i) DATE OF AUCTION: 29 April, 2022

(ii) VENUE: Justice Ifeyinwa Nzeako building, #8 Port Harcourt Crescent, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.

(iii) TIME: 9:00am

PAYMENTTERMS

  • Forty (40%) percent down payment immediately after a win and the sixty (60%) percent balance payment made within three working days of the auction
  • Non-payment of (40%) percent down payment within one (1) hour of winning a bid automatically revokes the win.
  • Winner to forfeit forty percent (40%) down payment if full and final payment is not received within three (3) working days after conclusion of the auction.
  • All sales are final and no negotiation or discussion will be entertained after auction.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

  • The vehicles and generator are sold “as is,” “where is” with no declaration of serviceability.
  • Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect vehicles and generator before auction date.
  • Photographs of vehicles and generator in locations outside the auction venue will be displayed at auction venue on the day of auction.
  • Vehicles and generator are locally purchased hence customs duty payments are not required. Successful bidders will pay the seven and half percent (7.5%) Value Added Tax (VAT) to government through SFH on every purchase.
  • Winners will only take possession of assets after full payment for asset
  • Vehicles and generator and items purchased must be removed by successful bidders within two working days of full payment
