(1) UNHCR Abuja would appreciate receiving your firm offer for the supply of 4000 litters of diesel at the Abuja Office Nigeria: (see Annexe C) Find attached in Annexe A the Bid Submission Form, Annexe B the Financial Offer Form and Annexe C the Technical Specification form for more information about the goods or services required (specifications).
