INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STAFF QUARTERS LAMURDE

The Adamawa State Ministry of Health and Human Services is requesting for tender for the Construction of Three bedroom bungalow, two bedroom semi-detached, 6 block of 1 bedroom flats and fencing of Cottage Hospital Lamurde, Lamurde LGA as follows:

Lot 2Construction of two bedroom semi-detached at Cottage Hospital Lamurde, Lamurde LGA, Lamurde LGA
Lot 3Construction of Block of 6 number, 1 bedroom at Cottage Hospital Lamurde, Lamurde LGA
Lot 4Construction of fence at Cottage Hospital Lamurde, Lamurde LGA

Interested Bidders Must Meet The Following Conditions.

  • Shall incorporate in Nigeria and have all the legal requirements to operate in the country: – including registration with relevant bodies
  • Must have capability to commence work without advance payment to the satisfaction of the client but in the event of the advance payment successful bidders will be required to present advance payment guaranty from reputable banks.
  • Present reference letter from their banks.
  • Shall have Certificate of completion of the execution of similar
  • Bidding documents are to be obtained on the E- procurement Portal Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (https://sass.biddingo.com/adsbpp) after payment of non-refundable sum of N30,000 in the Account Name: Ministry of Health and Human Services with Account No: 1011718779 Zenith Bank.
  • All submission in respect of the advert shall be in English language and evidence of payment for Tender must be attached or bidden document won’t be regarded.
  • Bidders are to provide Certificate of registration with the following:-
  • CAC
  • Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 2022.
  • ITF 2022
  • PENCOM 2022
  • NSITF 2022
  • FIRS 2022
  • Provide last three years audited account.
  • Bid must be duly signed

Bidders Are Advised to:

  • Inspect the project site, the scope of work, bills of quantity and drawings accompanying it to avoid discrepancies.
  • Note that the process is not bound to consider the lowest tender.
  • Submit their work plan and methodology.
  • Present an outline of environmental, social, health and safety plan.
  • All tender to be submitted online on the E-procurement Platform (https://sass.bidding.comm/adsbpp). We look forward to your response within 17days from the date of advert date 29 April to 16 May, 2022.

(4) Bid opening
Bid opening will take place on 16 May, 2022 by 1:00pm local time in the Procurement Office, State Ministry of Health and Human Services, State Secretariat Complex Yola. The process will be conducted strictly in line with the state guideline on the COVID-19 pandemic issued by Adamawa BPP.
