INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS TO GOVERNMENT HOUSE AND MDA’S OFFICES IN LOKOJA
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS– PROCUREMENT- 12433
The Ministry of Works and Housing has allocated/received funds to be used for the acquisition of Supply and Installation of fire Extinguishers to Government house and MDA’s Offices in Lokoja.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from office hours: 08:00 or at the e-GP portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-GP portal at or before [15:00 – 25/05/2022].
Bid security: None.
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened online through the e-GP portal at [15:30 – 25/05/2022].
There shall/ shall not be a pre – bid meeting/ site visit at 08:00 Ministry of Work and Housing, Lokoja on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
