UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP)
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A ROSTER FOR CONTENT PRODUCTION AGENCIES TO SUPPORT THE VISIBILITY AND OUTREACH OF UNDP NIGERIA PROGRAMMES, EVENTS AND PRIORITIES FOR HER NIGERIA COUNTRY OFFICE COMMUNICATION UNIT
1. UNDP Nigeria Country Office invites content production companies/ agencies, including SME’s, start-ups and similar organizations involved in the development of creative content, to indicate their interest in being considered for the rester under the communication unit
2. Interested eligible companies shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services (documentation, references to similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified staff, etc.).
The types of services sought include:
1) photography production;
2) video production;
3) social media promotions, and
4) live social media coverage.
3. These interventions should lead to the development of content which will be used to promote and raise public awareness of UNDP Nigeria’s programmes, events, priorities and results.
UNDP NIGERIA IS PARTICULARLY KEEN IN SUBMISSIONS OF COMPANIES RUN BY YOUTH AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND ADULTS.
Please note that interest expressed by a firm does not imply any obligation whatsoever on the part of UNDP Nigeria to include it in its roster of companies that will be invited for annual competitive bids.
The estimated duration for inclusion in the roster is twelve months (12) renewable based on performance and interest of the company to remain in the roster.
The roster of companies will be valid from 01 June 2022 to 31 May 2022 Responses to this EOI must be received through e-tender no later than: 31 May 2022
