REBUILD LAGOS TRUST FUND (RLTF)
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING (MEP) SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED RE-CONSTRUCTION OF THE COLONIAL BUILDING WITHIN THE LAGOS HIGH COURT COMPLEX AT IGBOSERE, LAGOS STATE.
The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund LTD/GTE (RLTF) invites prospective bidders to apply for eligibility for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services for the Proposed Re-construction of the Colonial Building within the Lagos High Court Complex at Igbosere, Lagos State.
The former structure has been demolished and all MEP fittings and installation removed and carted away from the site.
The work to be done comprise the Re-construction and upgrade of the Colonial Building by replicating the original design with internal modifications where necessary. The court building will be developed to modem standard and latest MEP systems and technology will be deployed.
The conditions and ratings for the prospective contractors are listed as follows;
(1) The annual turnover of the bidding company must be less than N1.5B preferably in the last three (3) years (15 points)
(2) Evidence of company registration with both Federal and Lagos State governments and relevant professional/regulatory bodies (10 points)
(3) There must also be evidence of:
(a) Company profile with details of professional/educational qualifications and experience of key personnel indicated (10 points)
(b) Three (3) similar completed works (15 points)
(c) Three (3) year Audited Account/Tax Clearance (2019,2020 & 2021) (15 points)
(d) Industrial Training Fund /NSITF/Pencom Compliance Remittances (2021) (10 points)
(4) Evidence of Financial Capability’ supported by six (6) months of company’s bank statements, reference letter from Banks, and a credit facility of N50m at the minimum (20 points)
(5) Sworn Affidavit on Company integrity to demonstrate that none of the officials of Lagos State Government is a Director Shareholder, or has any fiduciary relationship with the company (5 points).
(6) Interested companies should send two (2) hard copies and a soft copy of all documents listed above within two (2) weeks of the date of this publication (28, JUNE 2022) to “The Procurement Officer, RLTF OFFICE, 4th Floor, 97 Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos”
(7) This expression of interest shall not attract any costs to RLTF on account of responses from intending contractors. The process can be terminated at any time without any explanation if deemed necessary by the Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund.
