1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) Programme, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Computers, Computer Software and Other Facilities. “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

2. The Federal CARES Support Unit (FCSU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 Edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 1100 to 1600 at the address given below.

Qualification Criteria includes:
(a) Financial Capability: The audited accounts for the last three years 2019, 2020 and 2021 shall be submitted to demonstrate the current bidder’s financial
(b) Documentary evidence to demonstrate that the goods offered meet the stated technical specifications,

Experience Criteria
i) Minimum of five (5) years overall experience of the firm in the supply of the goods and related services.
ii) At least three (3) successfully completed contracts as a main supplier of IT Equipment of at least the scope and complexity of this contract within the last Five years.
iii) Bidder should submit documentary evidence with the bid on the availability of after sales services and maintenance for one year from the manufacturer.

5. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira The document will be sent by email.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00noon 15th August, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12.00noon 15th August, 2022

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of N1,000,000 (One Million Naira Only)
