RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF POWER CAPITAL PROJECTS UNDER THE 2022 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION
The Federal Ministry of Power wishes to draw the attention of all our interested bidders and the general public to the earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal, the Nation, and BluePrint Newspaper of Monday 27 June, 2022 on Invitation To Tender For The Execution of the Federal Ministry of Power Capital Projects under the 2022 Capital Appropriation.
Please take note of the following amendments:
(1) Lot W019 “Consultancy Services for the Provision of Basic Amenities for Projects Affected Communities (Schools, Solar Boreholes, Laterite Roads and Health Centers)” (i) Dungurukpana I, (ii) Gbagala (iii) Makakaki” should have read Provision of Basic Amenities for Projects Affected Communities (Schools, Solar Boreholes, Laterite Roads and Health Centres)” (i) Dungurukpana I& II (ii) Gbagala (iii) Maikakaki
(2) Lot C001 Construction of 33kv Feeder to Kuje Industrial Cluster, Abuja in category C under Pre-qualification, is now under category A “Invitation to Tender” Lot W020.
(3) Paragraph 8 on additional information item viii/bullet point 8 which read “the advertisement shall be constructed as a commitment on the part of the Ministry to award contract to any bidder”, should have read “the advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Ministry to award contract to any bidder”.
All other details as earlier published in the aforementioned Media remain unchanged, including date.
