EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) DMI FOR TRIMBLE MX7 HW 2.0
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbert (GIZ) GmbH; “Nigeria Energy Support Programme- NESP”, co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure and install two (2) “DMI for Trimble MX7 HW 2.0”.
This tender will include Installation, set up and introduction for usage.
Accordingly, GiZ invites interested bidders to furnish GiZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) An official letter expressing their interest to supply DMI for Trimble MX7 HW 2.0;
(b) A brief company profile showing clearly contact details;
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(d) Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area;
(e) Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender by a recent bank introductory letter addressed to GIZ;
(f) Tax clearance certificate of the last three years (2019 – 2021) indicating an average turnover of 21,000,000 NGN;
(g) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of similar jobs). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs – certificate of job completion, delivery note, etc.

Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages.
Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday, 11 August 2022 by 5 pm will be accepted and considered.
