INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ASSORTED INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS, CONDUCT OF TRAINING OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS ACROSS THE STATE FOR BESDA PROJECTS
The State Universal Basic Education Board Kano is undertaking a year 2022 second trench BESDA for the procurement of Assorted Instructional Materials, conduct of training to be (funded) by the BESDA fund from year 2022 approved Budget. Consequent upon this, the Board (SUBEB) here invites interested, experienced and reputable companies to submit a pre-qualification documents, to tender for projects of their choice.
PROJECTS TO BE EXECUTED:
(1) Procurement of 1000no. Talking Books for Pupils Primary (1&2)
(2) Networking, Fiberring and Provision of Server and its Accessories at Kano SMAT Schools.
(3) Procurement and Printing of 345,000 Learners Final Exam Certificate for Cohort II
(4) Refreshment for conduct of Examination for Cohort II
(5) Procurement of Stationeries and printing of 345,000 Non formal Learners Examination for Cohort II
(6) Provisional of Teaching and Learning Materials for Non-Formal Centres (OOScs)
(7) Provision of 130,000 no. 40 Leaves Exercise to Alamajirai in Non-Formal Centres
(8) Provision of 45,000 no, 40 Leaves Exercise to Out of School Girls in Non-Formal Centres
(9) Provisions of 85,000 2B Exercise Books to Tsangaya
(10) Provision of White Chalk
(11) Provision of 94,000 2B Exercise Books to Out of School Girls
(12) Teachers Guide on HASKE Cohort II 5,000
(13) Provision of 12,000 Supplementary Readers to Primary 2
(14) Primary of ASC questionnaire (2021/2022)
(15) Customized Stationaries (Files, File tag, letter headed etc)
(16) Provision of Solar Power at SUBEB/SME
(17) Provision of computers/IPAD for implementation and Monitoring Teams
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT
Interested companies should submit the following pre-qualification documents to the Office of the Deputy Director Tenders Board Secretary, SUBEB Headquarters, Audu Bako Secretariat, Kano on or before 22 August, 2022 by 12:00pm
(1) Comprehensive company profile.
(2) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(3) Certificate of Compliance with pension act 2004 from Pencom.
(4) Evidence of Registration with Due Process Bureau, Kano State.
(5) Certificate of compliance with ITF act 2011.
(6) Evidence of Registration with Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) National Data Base of Contractors Consultants and Service providers.
(7) Evidence of Financial capabilities
(8) Evidence of Technical/ Managerial Capabilities,
(9) Evidence of compliance with NSITF act
(10) Evidence of execution of previous similar project with SUBEB or any other similar organizations the State/Country.
(11) Evidence of Annual turnover of company for at least 3 years.
(12) Evidence of Payment of Payee.
(13) Evidence of Registration with VAT office.
(14) Evidence of Payment of Tax Clearance for 3 years
(15) Evidence of Local Resources Utilization with Communities responsibilities.
(16) Sworn Affidavit from the High Court of Justice in the Country, Affirming that No officer of SUBEB or the relevant committees of the Kano State Due Process Bureau or the BPP is a former Director or present shareholder, has any pecuniary interest in the bidder, that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in particulars, that None of the directors has been committed in any Court of Law for any Criminal offence including fraud and any financial impropriety falsification or act in similar nature and that information contained in bidding are genuine b Submitted pre-qualification documents will be opened by 12:00 pm on the closing date i.e 22 August, 2022 at the SUBEB SBMC Hall, SUBEB Headquarters, Audu Bako Secretariat, Kano.
NOTE
(i) That late submission of bids will not be entertained please
(ii) That only successful candidates will be asked to Tender, please
(iii) That the Board is not bound to accept the lowest tender.
