RE: INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS, SUPPLIES/ INSTALLATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES (CORRIGENDUM)
The University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to its advertisement of Year 2022 Capital projects published on Monday June 13th, 2020 in People’s Daily and News Direct Newspapers as well as in the Federal Tenders Journal of 13th June – 26th June, 2022, that:
Lot C14: Training of Medical Personnel has been added to the advertised Lots.
In addition to the already advertised requirements, interested Firms should also submit:
- Evidence of current registration with relevant professional body(ies) such as MDCN;
- Business Name is also acceptable as evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners in case of Business Name is also acceptable.
The deadline for submission of the Expression of Interest for Lot C14 is 12:00 noon, Monday, 8 August, 2022.
Furthermore, the Hospital regrets to inform prospective bidders and the general public, that due to circumstances beyond our control, the deadline for submission of bids for Lot 13 listed below has been extended to 12:00 noon, Monday, 8 August, 2022.
SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPUES:
LOT NO. PROJECT TITLE Lot 13 Provision and Laying Works of Anti- Bacterial, Homogenous, High Resilient Vinyl Floor
Consequently, the EOI (Lot C14) and technical bids (for Lot 13) will now be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 8 August, 2022.
