REQUEST FOR INTERESTED PARTIES TO SUBMIT BID FOR SOME OF ITS USED ASSETS
Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is an international development NGO which has been operating in Nigeria since 1960. We work through volunteers to tackle poverty and inequality, and enable people and communities to play a citizen role in their own development. Our Programs are built around key thematic pillars of Education, Health, Livelihoods and Safe, Peaceful and Resilient communities. We mainstream social inclusion and gender, social accountability and resilience in our key thematic areas. VSO is opening up to the public the sale by submission through closed and confidential bids for some of its used assets. The under listed items are VSO assets to be disposed through bidding process.

INSPECTION:
The items are available for inspection at the location stated in the table above between 10:00am to 1:00pm from July 13-19 2022
BID SUBMISSION:
All interested buyers are encouraged to submit their bids latest by Monday July 20, 2022, by (2:00pm) at VSO office, No. 12, Asheik Jarma Street, Adjacent FCT School for The Blind, Jabi, Abuja. Bids must be placed in the box made available for the sale of used items in the VSO office.
BID INFORMATION:
1. Separate submission for each item
2. Item description must be clearly stated as the subject of the bid submission
3. Bid value must be clearly stated in figure and word.
4. Direct phone number and/or email address of the bidder
5. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the item bided for clearly written on top right hand corner of the envelope
BIDS OPENING:

Time: 10:00 am prompt
FEEDBACK
The most preferred bidder will be communicated to via email provided in their bid submission on Thursday July 21, 2022.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Payment must be made within 5 working days of receiving the bid feedback.
2. All sales are final.
3. Payment will be made to VSO designated bank account that will be provided to the successful bidder. VSO will issue receipt for payment upon bank confirmation.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
1. Items are sold on an ‘as is where is’ basis with no declaration of serviceability.
2. Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the items they intend to bid for.
3. Items purchased are expected to be removed by successful bidders within two (2) working days of full payment for the same item.
