REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SESAME SEEDS/ GRAINS CLEANING AND PACKAGING MACHINE
Yobe State Government having been committed to the establishment of sesame seeds cleaning and packaging industry in order to add value to the product, the State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism has created an enabling environment for eligible interested bidders to submit their tender for the supply and installation four (4) Nos. of Sesame Seeds Cleaning and Packaging Machines
DESCRIPTION
Sesame Seeds Cleaning and Packaging Machine, 4-7 Metric Ton per Hour capacity
(1) Interested Bidders are required to provide sealed bids details certified the following eligibility criteria:
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Current Company Income Tax Clearance for the last 3 years
- Current Company Audited Accounts
- Comprehensive Corporate Profile
- Evidence of Financial capability including bank reference indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
- Evidence of registration with Yobe State BPP.
(2) Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s guidelines
(3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents during office hours between (9:00am-3:00pm) upon payment of non-refundable fee of N50,000.
(4) Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Commerce, industry and Tourism, Damaturu on or before 12:noon of 16 July, 2022 and bids opening will commence immediately
