INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Local Government in her mandate to give dividend of Democracy to the citizen and General Public in the provision of basic and social amenities hereby invites application from Prospective Contractors, Consultants and Service providers with the objective of prequalifying these Contractors Consultants/Service Providers to develop a data base with which Agege Local Government will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards.
(2.0) PRE-QUALIFICATIONS AREAS
(A) WORKS
(1) Construction of Primary Health Care Centre
(2) Rehabilitation of Primary Health Care Centre
(3) Renovation of Primary Schools
(4) Construction of Roads
(5) Rehabilitation of Roads
(6) Construction of Drainages
(7) Repair of Drainages
(8) Construction of Box Culverts
(9) Desilting of Drainages
(10) Construction of Parks and Garden
(11) Construction of ICT Centre
(B) GOODS
(12) Purchase of vehicles for Local Government functionaries
(13) Supply of Computers and Accessories
(14) Supply of Stationeries and Sanitary Materials
(15) Supply of Furniture
(16) Supply of Equipment to Primary Health Care Centre
(17) Purchase of Two (2) Ambulance
(C) SERVICES
(18) Training and Manpower development
(19) Catering Services/Event Planning/Entertainment Services
(20) Provision of Internet Services
(21) Consultancy (Architectural Designs, Civil Engineering Design Feasibility Studies)
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Cover letter duly signed by the Company’s Authorized Signatories.
- Company Profile.
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Company’s Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2021, 2020, 2019).
- Company’s Tax Clearance for three (3) years. (2021, 2020, 2019).
- Evidence of Financial capability (Reference letter from reputable bank willing to provide line of credit for project execution, if required.
- Evidence of Technical capacity (List of Company Equipment)
- Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.
- Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as a Contractor depending on category.
- Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/Consultant/Supplier in at least Two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity supported with verifiable letters of Contract Award and Certificate of Job Completion within last three (3) years.
NOTE:
(i) Agege Local Government will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party (ies) in connection with responses to this invitation.
(ii) The Local Government has the right to verify claims made in pre-qualification documents, submitted by the applicants.
(iii) Submission should be very clear about the area(s) of competence.
(iv) Submission must be in English Language only in three (3) copies (One original and Two copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked submission of Pre-qualification documents for Goods, Works, Consulting Services or Non-Consulting Services (whichever Is applicable)
SUBMISSION OF PRE- QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Applications must be enclosed in sealed envelope as indicated in (iv) above and addressed to:
