INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
The Authority of Alimosho Local Government in her determination to fulfil the mandate of Improving the welfare and well-being of the electorates hereby invites applications from prospective Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers with the objectives of Pre-qualifying these Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers to develop a Database with which Alimosho Local Government will partner in subsequent bidding processes and Contract awards.
PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS (BOT/PPP)
(1) Construction of an ultra-modern Event Center within the Council Secretariat
(2) Construction of a Modern Shopping Complex
WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Construction of the following Roads
(a) Alhaji Sekoni Street
(b) Oladipo Fafore Street, Santos Layout
(c) Ajani Akingbogun
(d) Adeboun Street
(e) Modupe Ola Street
(f) Alfred Olaiya Street Coker Estate
(g) Ifenirepo Street
Other projects include;
(h) Construction of Drainages
(i) Construction of ICT Center,
(j) Renovation of Primary Schools
(k) Landscaping of the Council Secretariat
(l) Construction of Oguntade Market, Shasha
(m) Painting and beautification of the Council Secretariat
GOODS
(n) Procurement of official Vehicles for Local Government Functionaries
(o) Procurement of computers system
(p) Procurement of Stationery and Sanitary materials
(q) Procurement of Furniture
(r) Procurement of Medical Equipment at the PHCs
(s) Procurement of Electronics and Electrical Materials
(t) Procurement of Power Generating Set
(u) Procurement of Ambulance
SERVICES
(v) Consultancy on Training and Manpower development
(w) Provision of Internet Facilities, Designs, & other social Media platforms
(x) Procurement of Information Equipment
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Covering Letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatories.
- Company’s Profile,Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Company’s Audited Account for 3 years.
- Evidence of financial capabilities (Reference letters from reputable Banks willing to provide line of credit for projects execution, if necessary.
- Evidence of Technical Capability (List of company’s Hardware)
- Evidence of registration with Alimosho LG as a Contractor depending on categories.
- Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/ Consultant/ Supplier in at least Two (2), projects of similar nature and complexity backed by verifiable letters of contract awards and certificate of job completion within the last three years
- Evidence of payment of Radio and Television Permit, (Residential and Corporate.)
NOTE:
Alimosho Local Government will be absolved from any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies), in connection with responses to this invitation.
Local Government has the alienable right to verify claims made in Pre-qualification documents submitted by the applicants.
The area of competence and capability is of essence before the submission of any application.
Application must be in English Language only in three (3) copies (one original and two copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked, submission of application of Pre-qualification documents for Works and infrastructure, Goods and Services or Non – consulting Services.
SUBMISSION OF PRE- QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Application must be enclosed in a sealed envelope as indicated and addressed to:

And delivered to the above address in a Tender Box at the office of the Procurement unit between 8am-4pm from Monday to Friday, not later than fourteen (14) days of this publication (9 September, 2022).
