INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
The Borno State Government through State Universal Basic Education Board in compliance with Public Procurement acts 2007 and Borno State Bureau on Public Procurement Law 2019, wish to invites, interested, reputable and competent contractors to submit tender for UBEC/SUBEB/BESDA 2021 projects.
The projects are for the following Lots:
Lot 1: Construction of 12 No workshops with offices (one storey Building) at vocational enterprise institute Biu Local Government
Lot 2: Construction of 12 No workshop with offices (one storey Building) at vocational enterprise institute Shani Local Government.
Lot 3: Construction of Technical workshops at vocational enterprise institute at Biu Local Government:
i. Construction of Technical Workshop (Block A)
ii. Construction of a block of workshop (Block B)
iii. Construction of a block of workshop (Block C)
iv. Construction of a block of workshop (Block D)
Lot 4: Construction of technical Workshops at vocational enterprise institute Shani Local Government
i. Construction of Technical Workshop (Block A)
ii. Construction of a block of workshop (Block B)
iii. Construction of a block of workshop (Block C)
iv. Construction of a block of workshop (Block D)
Lot 5: Construction of 4 No Ventilated improved pit toilets at Vocational institute Biu Local Government.
Lot 6: Construction of 4 No Ventilated improved pit toilets at Vocational institute Shani Local Government
Lot 7: Construction of a block of 3 -Block of 16 – Classrooms storey building at Kwaya kusar Islamic School, Kwaya kusar Local Government
i. Construction of a block of Block of 16 – Classrooms storey building (Block A)
ii. Construction of a block of Block of 16 – Classrooms storey building (Block B)
iii. Construction of a block of Block of 16 – Classrooms storey building (Block C)
Lot 8: Construction of administrative block at Kwaya Kusar Islamic School, Kwaya Kusar Local Government.
Lot 9: Construction of (2) Two blocks of 2 – bedroom staff Quarters at Kwaya Kusar Islamic School, Kwaya kusar Local Government.
Lot 10: Construction of 4 No Ventilated improved pit toilets at Kwaya kusar Islamic School, Kwaya kusar Local Government
Lot 11: Construction of VIP Toilets at 534 integrated Almajiri/tsangaya centres across the State.
Lot 12: Construction of Temporary learning shelter TLS) to 204 integrated Almajiri/tsangaya centres across the State
Lot 13: Construction of perimeter block wall fencing with security wire at Kwaya Kusar Islamic School, Kwaya kusar Local Government
Lot 14: Construction of perimeter block wall fencing with security wire at vocational enterprise institute Biu Local Government
Lot 15: Construction of perimeter block wall fencing with security wire at vocational enterprise institute Shani Local Government
Lot 16: Drilling Solar Powered Borehole with overhead tank at vocational enterprise institute Biu Local Government
Lot 17: Drilling Solar powered Borehole with overhead tank at vocational enterprise institute Shani Local Government
Lot 18: Drilling Solar Powered Borehole with overhead tank at Kwaya Kusar Islamic School in Kwaya Kusar Local Government
Lot 19: Provision of 5,760 units of 2 – seater Desk for integrated schools at Ngala, Dikwa and Damboa Local Governments.
Lot 20: Provision of Office furniture and fittings for 9 Number existing vocational training centers, 3 -number newly constructed Tsangaya schools and kwaya kusar Islamic school.
Lot 21: Procurement of 3 in 1 mats for 3,068 Almajiri Centres across the State.
Lot 22: provision of a set of Almajiri learners Uniforms 3,068 Centres male and female across the State.
Lot 23: Procurement of non-formal literacy materials (NEI+) Coloured for Almajiri centres across the State.
Lot 24: Procurement of Customized exercise books for 3,068 Almajiri Centres across the State
1. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Reliable list of similar work executed (letter of Award certificate of completion photo copy).
iii. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
iv. Evidence of VAT registration / VAT remitted.
v. Technical capability of the company.
vi. Audited financial statement of account for the last three years. List of pre-qualified bidders will be placed on the notice Board of the BESDA Office.
2. TENDER/BIDDING DOCUMENT
i. The tender document will be available for collection upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000.00
ii. Pre-qualification document are to be submitted as from Today 24th August, 2022 and close on 29th August, 2022 and will be opened immediately.
3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
iii. Tenders are to be deposited in the tender Box at the conference Hall of the Board Head quarter SUBEB No. 1 Jos road Maiduguri, Borno State from 2nd September, 2022 and will close on Friday 9th September, 2022 between 8:00am-3:30pm. The documents should be clearly marked “tender” for specific lot and must be addressed to the: Project Coordinator, Borno BESDA, Borno State Universal Basic Education No. 1 Jos road shall be opened immediately after the deadline for Submission.
iv. Note Tenders submitted after deadline of submission will be returned unopened. Borno BESDA will not be liable for improper submission or unregistered tenders. Any tender that does not comply with the above requirements or any form of deviation from the requirements will be rejected.
