INVITATION TO TENDER AND REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (ADDENDUM)
The Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to draw the attention of the general public to the procurement notice published in the Daily Trust Newspaper dated Wednesday, August 10, 2022, page 15 and The Nation newspaper dated Wednesday, August 10, 2022, page 23 Please note that the amendment listed below aims to align the procurement notice published in the above mentioned newspapers with that published in the Federal Tenders Journal dated Monday, August 8-Sunday, August 21, 2022, on page 13. The amendment is as follows:
1. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The caption for LOTC should read ‘SERVICE’ not ‘GOODS. “Interested Firms in Services (LOT C2: Procurement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution for the Commission) are to submit the EOI for the Lot desired, in three (3) hard copies (one original & two copies). The Eol should be addressed to the Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja and clearly marked with the Description of Procurement and LOT number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box at The Registrar-General’s Office, 6 Floor, Corporate affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 22nd August, 2022.”
2. OPENING OF THE EOI
“The Eol will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 22nd August, 2022 at the Commission’s Multi-Purpose Hall, 2 Floor, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Registrar-General, 6 Floor Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, as the Corporate Affairs Commission will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bics. 3. All other eligibility requirements listed in the earlier publications, as well as the General Information, remain valid.
