ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF POWER SYSTEM EQUIPMENT FOR REHABILITATION OF 2 X 7.5MVA 33/11KVA INJECTION SUBSTATION IN ARGUNGU
PROJECT CONTRACT NO: KBSTB/MWRD/2022
(1) SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF POWER SYSTEM EQUIPMENT FOR REHABILITATION OF 2*7.5MVA 33/11KV INJECTION SUBSTATION IN ARGUNGU.
(2) The scope of works for the project shall include the following:
(i) Supply of all the required Electrical materials
(ii) Construction and installation of ditto above
(iii) Works on Control room etc
(3) QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS RESPONDING TO THE (RFQ)
Electrical engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of Electrical materials etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:-
(a) Payment of cooperate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc
(b) Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate
(c) Letters of confirmation by applicant, Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and Articles of Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
(h) List of previous works/services executed and evidence of performance
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and years of experience in the field
(j) Third party insurance.
(4) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
Electrical Engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of Electrical materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before one week from the Date of this Advertisement (7 SEPTEMBER, 2022).
The Ministry of water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does meet its requirement.
