OYO STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD (OYO SUBEB)
INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
The Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYO SUBEB) intends to apply the 2020/21 FGN-UBEC/OYOSUBEB Intervention Funds For the following Facilities to be provided in various Public Basic Schools across the State.
Applications are therefore invited from competent companies to bid for the various works.
(2) TENDER QUALIFICATION
Each tender should be accompanied with the following:
(i) Evidence of Company’s Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of Company’s registration with Federal Inland Revenue Services, (FIRS).
(iii) FIRS Tax Clearance Certificate of the company (Limited Liability Company) for the last three (3) years (2019, 2020 and 2021) valid to 31st December, 2021.
(iv) Tax Clearance Certificate of at least 2 Directors (Limited Liability Company) or the Proprietor/Partner (Enterprise) for the last three (3) years (2019, 2020 and 2021) valid to 31st December, 2021.
(v) Evidence of a company’s current registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement.
(vi) Evidence of current registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government.
(vii) Evidence of verifiable list of previous/similar projects executed with letters of commission and certificate of practical completion.
(viii) Evidence of financial capability/reference letter from a reputable Commercial Bank.
(ix) A sworn affidavit disclosing;
(a) whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of procurement entity or Bureau is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has Financial interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
(b) that the company is not in receivership of any form of insolvency, bankrupt proceedings nor the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings.
(c) that none or any of the directors of the company has been convicted in any countries for Financial crimes relating to Fraud or financial impropriety of Falsification of Facts relating to any matter.
(x) Letter of consent to a How for verification of all the documents submitted.
(xi) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee.
(xii) Evidence of current practice license of a registered Quantity Surveyor and any other relevant registered Professional (COREN, ARCON, CORBON etc.).
(xiii) Company profile and organization structure including names and resume of key personnel with address and phone numbers.

(4) BID SUBMISSION
All valid tenders should be submitted in 12” X16” sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Chairman, Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, Agodi, Ibadan with the LOT tendering for written on the right hand side of the envelope.
(5) BID OPENING.
Bid shall be opened publicly at the expiration of Tender period on Tuesday, 11 October, 2022 at 12 noon at the premises of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, Agodi, Ibadan. Bidders are advised to send representatives to the bidding exercise.
