Rhema Care Integrated Development Centre (RIDEC) is a faith-based, not- for-profit, non-governmental organization based in Port Harcourt with offices in Cross Rivers.
Rhema Care is currently implementing the Shelter, infrastructure and CBI Assistance to Cameroonian Refugees Project in partnership with UNHCR targeted at Cameroonian Refugees in Nigeria. The Procurement Committee of the Project hereby calls for quotation from qualified and experienced vendors who can work in hard- to -reach area in Cross River State to quote for the following:
