INVITATION TO BIDDERS FOR DE-COMMISSIONING, PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF INTEGRATED (ALL-IN-ONE) SOLAR STREETLIGHTS
BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Yobe State Government having been committed to the construction of Solar Streetlights to increase security within Damaturu metropolis. The Government has allocated funds for the following procurement:

• De-Commissioning, Procurement and Installation of 284 Units of Double Arm integrated (all-in-one) Solar Streetlight along Gujba Road in Damaturu Metropolis. (Lot I)
• De-Commisioning, Procurement and Installation of 142 Units of Integrated (all-in-one) Solar Streetlights along Potiskum Road, Damaturu. (Lot II)

-The Entity hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the below described works/supplies:

-Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria:

-Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria,

-Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2019, 2020, 2021)

-Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years, (2018, 2019 & 2020)

-Company’s profile;

-Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter Indicating willingness to provide credit facility if when necessary and needed

-Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

-Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

-Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director, Planning, Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquarters, Damaturu.

(1) A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00).

(2) Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquarters, Damaturu on or before 22 September, 2022.

(3) Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquaters, Damaturu Headquarters, Damaturu by 12:00 noon.
