AUCTION PLUS ROYAL GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED AND EMMANUEL DE-GREAT LIMITED
AUCTION OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT

The Receiver/Manager of a government agency has engaged the services of Auction Plus Royal Global Resources Limited and Emmanuel De-Great Limited to carry out the public auction of certain equipment.

AUCTION PROCESS:

  1. The items are to be sold “as is and where is” basis to the highest bidders if the bid is above the reserve price set.
  2. All interested bidders should indicate their interest by reaching the undersigned for registration and inspection will subsequently be arranged.
  3. Only buyers who have been registered and paid a refundable deposit of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only to the designated account shall be allowed to inspect and participate in the auction exercise. Successful bids are not transferable.
  4. Registered bidders should ensure they collect their Tags from the Auctioneers before the auction date.
  5. The items are in Port-Harcourt – Rivers State, Owerri- Imo State and Onitsha-Anambra State.
  6. Physical Inspection of the items will hold for 3 days only between 10 am and 4 pm each day from November 9, 2022 to November 11, 2022.
  7. The Auction is scheduled to take place in PortHarcourt on November 16, 2022 at 10.00am
  8. Successful bidders will be required to execute KYC (know your customer) documents and make a non-refundable deposit of 25% of their bid price immediately while completion of payment must be within 72hours of the Auction excercise to the designated bank account.
  9. Failure to effect payment of full bid amount within 72hours invalidates the sale and the next highest bidder will be contacted to make full payment immediately.
  10. Upon receipt of full payment, the item will be handed over to the successful bidders who will be required to relocate the items within 7 days of full payment.

EQUIPMENT/ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS
This publication and process neither creates any commitment nor establishes any binding or legal obligation on the seller. All costs incurred by prospective buyers as a result of responding to this advertisement and any subsequent request for information shall be on the prospective buyers account.
