EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BILLBOARDS IN DIFFERENT LGAs IN ADAMAWA STATE
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “SEPIN Project”, financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, is looking for qualified companies for the supply and installation of billboards in different LGAs in Adamawa State, with the following specifications:
Two (2) 10 feet by 20 feet billboards per LGA for 5 LGAs in Adamawa State, for a total of 10 billboards.
Each of these billboards is double-sided with different designs on both sides. Accordingly, GIZ invites interested bidders to furish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing their interest to supply and install billboards.
b. A brief company profile showing clearly an address for an office/shop or workshop with staff within the region.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank Reference Letter
e. Proof of successful completion of similar projects within the north-east which adds up to minimum value of 18,000,000 naira (Projects should be within the last 5 years). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
f. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating minimum average of 18,000,000 naira in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 (or more recent)
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hard copies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No. 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:
“Expression of Interest 91167285”
Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages.
Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday, 3 November 2022 by 5 pm will be accepted and considered.
