REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STAGE 2 OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOURTH MAINLAND BRIDGE (ADDENDUM)
EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION DATE
We refer to the Request for Proposal – Stage 2 In respect of the proposed design, development, construction, procurement, financing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Lagos State Fourth Mainland Bridge (the Project) issued on 30 August 2022 (the RfP Stage 2).
Unless defined here or the context otherwise require, words and expressions used in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the RfP Stage 2.
Following receipt of queries/requests for clarifications from the Bidders by the Lagos State Government (LASG) in accordance with the RfP Stage 2, and requests by Bidders for an extension of the Bid Submission Date, we are pleased to inform you that we have granted an extension of the Bid Submission Date from Monday, 24 October 2022 to Monday, 14 November 2022.
Please note that the LASG is not responsible for any cost or expenses that you have incurred or may incur in the course of, in connection with or in relation to your participation in the Selection/Bidding Process referenced in this notice.
