DESCRIPTION
Following the launch of ITB 2022_FRNIR_FRNIR_ 118190 on UNGM for the for the Procurement of NPK 15-15-15 Wet blended fertilizer (in bags of 25 kg) to be delivered to Damaturu-Yobe State, Maiduguri-Borno State, Yola- Adamawa State -NIGERIA, you submitted an offer and we thank you for responding to the ITB.
The offers have been evaluated and the awards done. As additional needs have been expressed by various projects, based on this technically cleared offer, FAO is requesting your company to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) Nr 2022/FRNIR/FRNIR/119449 on UNGM comprising of only your commercial offer and the bid submission letter duly filled. Please note that the technical aspects of your (BAFO) offer must remain identical to those of your original offer and your financial submissions should be based on the technical bid offered in the initial ITB 2022/FRNIR/FRNIR/118190.
Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid.
OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL. OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED.
