In the framework of EUTF-IOM project, the IOM invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply and delivery of Fish Farm Set-Up at Edo ADP, Edo State

All prices must exclude VAT (IOM is a TAX Exempted Organization). Quote must be valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation. Delivery timelines and Payment terms should be clearly stated in the quotation.
Quotations shall be submitted through email to iomlagostenders@iom.int on or before9:00am on Monday 31st October 2022.
Submissions after this deadline shall not be accepted.
Please note the following while preparing your Quotation:
1. You must use your own letterhead to prepare your Quotation. Filling in the prices on this same Request for Quotation is not allowed.
2. Your Quotation must be signed and stamped.
3. Your Quotation must be accompanied by your Company Profile.
4. All prices must be in Naira (NGN).
5. Your Quotation must show your preferred terms of payment. IOM’s preferred terms of payment is payment within 30 days after delivery through Bank transfer.
6. All prices to be quoted must be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation and this must be indicated in the Quotation
7. Your Quotation must show the delivery period. This will be used a basis to award.
8. Your Quotation must show your Company’s Physical Address, Telephone number and email address.
9. Only Suppliers that are determined to be qualified shall be considered for award.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
