INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
KAGARKO LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL AS PART OF IT’S EFFORTS TO EXECUTE CAPITAL PROJECT IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF THE AREA, WISHES TO INVITE SUITABLE AND QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS
(1) Construction of one block of three classrooms at Issah Pyadna
(2) Construction of one block of three classrooms at Kushamfa
(3) Renovation of two block of classrooms at Jere
(4) Renovation of Primary School at Gantan
(5) Renovation of Primary School at Kasaru
(6) Construction of 2mx2mx7m single cell box Culvert at Kushe Koyi
(7) Installation of solar Energy power at Secretariat Kagarko Local Government
(8) Renovation of PHC Kpechi
(9) Rehabilitation of (20) twenty number of bore holes across Koro Chiefdom
PRE-QUALIFICATION
(1) Company Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2) Company Audited Account for three (3) years
(3) Evidence of Tax clearance for three (3) years
(4) Company profile that include the following:
(a) Financial capability of banking supports
(b) Possession of standard equipment’s and technology capability
(c) Experience and the technical of the personnel
(5) Annual Turn-Over
(6) VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
(7) Registration with relevant state
(8) Evidence of registration with Kagarko Local Government
(9) Evidence of past experience in similar job
(10) Any other information that may assist for the award of contract
Civil Construction firm with all the Prerequisite Qualifications can also apply.
INTERESTED CONTRACTORS SHOULD SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATION TO THE CHAIRMAN DUE PROCESS COMMITTEE KAGARKO LOCAL GOVERNMENT WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THE ADVERTISEMENT.
