MALTESER INTERNATIONAL
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF REPLENISHMENT KITS AND CAR RENTAL SERVICES.
Malteser International is the worldwide humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Its mandate is to provide relief and recovery during and following conflicts and disasters. With more than 60 years of continuous experience, Malteser International provides transitional aid and assistance to reduce the risk of future disasters – remaining present longterm at the scene of more protracted crises.
Malteser International invites eligible service providers to submit tender for the below listed items, in various Local Government Area’s in Borno State, Nigeria for the period of two years (January 2023 till 31 December 2023)
(i) Lot a: Supply of replenishment kits
(ii) Lot b: Framework agreement for Car rental (Borno and Adamawa State)
(iii) Lot c: Framework agreement for Car rental (Cross River, Awka Ibom and Enugu state)
Interested service providers should send an expression of interest to logistic.miu@malteser-international.org until 9th December 2022.
NOTE: Quote the lot you are Expressing Interest on Subject of your Email. Example: Lot b – Expression of Interest for Car rental service (Borno and Adamawa)
It is compulsory for bidders to know before expressing interest the company must meet up with the following:
- Valid Business Registration
- Business profile
- Valid SCUMUL certificates.
- Valid Tax Clarence
- Contractor should have experience in similar kind of project (any of the lots above) for a minimum of 2 years least two recent clients.
- Experience working in Borno state (and in other state mentioned for the car hire)
- Capacity to prefinance (bank statement)
Complete required documents with the Tender Reference Number as indicated in the invitation to bid as the subject of the email should be submitted via email to mb.procurement-nigeria@malteser-international.org.
The deadline for submission of tender will be 16 December 2022 till 4:00 pm. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
Malteser International reserves the right to accept or reject an application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
