INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CATERING/CLEANING SERVICES FOR PORT HARCOURT BASE LAND AND SWAMP AREAS OF OPERATIONS

(1) INTRODUCTION
NIGERIAN AGIP OIL COMPANY LIMITED (NAOC) intends to put in place an open contract for provision of catering/cleaning service at NAOC AREAS OF OPERATIONS -OB/OB, Samabri, Kwale, IRRI, Brass, Obama, Tebidaba, Clough Creek, Beniboye, Ogboingbiri, PHC BASE. The proposed contract will cover a period of three (3) years duration plus one (1) year optional extension.
NAOC, through this Tender Opportunity, announces to interested reputable Nigerian Companies and NJQS prequalified Companies in line with Clause 3 (2) of the NOGICD Act 2010 of the defined scope of service hereunder.
(2) SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of this contract is to provide Catering/cleaning Services at NAOC Areas of Operations. As part of this contract, the contractor is expected to provide the following without limitation:
(1) Breakfast, lunch and dinner of national and continental for company’s personnel and visitors.
(2) Snacks, pepper soups, salad bars for lunch and dinner, table water and non-alcoholic drinks.
(3) Laundry services for the residents at the residential and camp on such items as coveralls, shirts, trousers, bed sheets, blankets, towels, night wears, shorts, singlets, shower curtains and socks.
(4) Bed sheets, large and small towels, pillow and pillow cases, blankets and shower curtains in the rooms.
(5) Cleaning services in the residential rooms, mess and the kitchen.
(3.) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
(a) To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Contractors are required to be pre-qualified under Product Code 3.18.03 for Catering Services and House – keeping Services, in NipeX joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in these categories will receive Invitation to Technical Tender (ITT).
(b) To confirm if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for Open www.nipexng.com and access NJQS with your log in details, click on continue Joint Qualification Scheme tool, click check my supplier status and then click supplier product group.
(c) If you are not listed in a product/service category but you are registered with DPR to do business, contact NipeX office at 30, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
(d) To initiate the NJQS pre-qualification process, access www.nipexng.com to download application form, make necessary payments and contact NipeX office for further action.
(e) To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content requirements in the NipeX system.
(4) NIGERIAN CONTENT REQUIREMENT
(a) Tenderer shall demonstrate evidence of being a Nigerian indigenous company having greater than 51% Nigerian shareholding. Provide evidence of company Ownership Structure forms C02 and Co7, registration on NOGIC QS and NUPRC certificate.
(b) Detailed description of the location of in-country committed facilities & infrastructure (Administrative/Technical offices, catering facilities,) in Nigeria to support this contract.
(c) Tenderer shall comply with the latest approved version of NCDMB HCD guideline by committing (via a letter of undertaking) to providing Project-Specific training, man-hour, budget, skill development and understudy plan for Nigerian personnel utilizing OGTAN registered trainees) Of other approved NCDMB training institution(s).
(d) Tenderer shall provide evidence as a registered member of the Nigeria hotel and catering institute or similar affiliated hospitality professional registration body in Nigeria.
(e) Tenderers shall provide evidence of Category 1,2,3, or 4 non moveable asset (DA) group to demonstrate capacity and capability to execute the work scope.
(5) CLOSING DATE
Only tenderers who are registered with the relevant NJQS product/service category, Product Code 3.18 03 – Catering and House Keeping Services, as at 15 December 2022 being the advert closing date, shall be invited to submit Technical Bids.
(6) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This advertisement of “Tender Opportunity” shall not be construed as a commitment on part of NAOC, nor shall it entitle Applicants to make any claims whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from NAOC and/or any of its Partners by virtue of such Applicants having responded to this Advert.
