INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ASSORTED INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS, FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS ACROSS THE STATE FOR BESDA PROJECTS OCTOBER, 2022 – JANUARY 2023
The State Universal Basic Education Board Kano is undertaking a year 2022 – 2023 BESDA Projects, for the procurement of Assorted Instructional Materials, to be (funded) by the BESDA fund from year October, 2022 to January, 2023 approved Work Plan. Consequent upon this, the Board (SUBEB) here by Invites interested, experienced and reputable companies to submit a pre-qualification documents, to tender for projects of their choice.

(5) Procurement of 6,000 Mats Cohort III Learning Centers
(6) Procurement of 2,000 White Boards for Cohort III Learning Centre
(7) Procurement of 2,000 White board makers for Cohort III Learning Centers
(8) Provision of 2,000 Admission register for Cohort III Learning Centers
(9) Provision of 2,000 Attendance register for Cohort III Learning Centers
(10) Procurement of 10,000 School Bags, Shoes and Uniform for Mainstreamed Learners.
(11) Provision of 10,000 2A Exercise book for 5 Core Subject.
(12) Provision of 10,000 2B Exercise books.
(13) Provision of 10,000 Pencils.
(14) Provision of 10,000 Sharpeners.
(15) Provision of 10,000 Cleaners.
(16) Procurement of 100,000 Civil Literacy for Post Literacy Programme.

(35) Provision of 4,500 Teachers Guide on RANA P2.
(36) Provision of 4,500 Teachers Guide on RANA P3.
(37) Provision of 4,500 Teachers Guide on RANA P1 (Additional 19 LGEAs).
(38) Procurement of 300,000 English Supplementary Reader.
(39) Provision of 5,000 cartons of Chalk.
(40) Provision of 242,059 Assorted Textbooks for Libraries.
(41) Provision of 200,000 Pencils.
(42) Provision of 200,000 Sharpeners.
(43) Provision of 200,000 Cleaners.
(44) Printing of 14 ASC questionnaires (2022/2023).
(45) Printing, Publication and Dessimination of 2,500 ASC Report 2022/2023.
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
Interested companies should submit the following pre-qualification documents to the Office of the Deputy Director Procurement, SUBEB Headquarters, Audu Bako Secretariat, Kano on or before 13 December, 2022 by 12:00pm.
(1) Comprehensive company profile.
(2) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(3) Certificate of Compliance with pension act 2004 from Pencom.
(4) Evidence of Registration with Due Process Bureau, Kano State
(5) Certificate of compliance with ITF Act 2011.
(6) Evidence of Registration with Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) National Data Base of Contractors, Consultants and Service providers.
(7) Evidence of Financial capabilities.
(8) Evidence of Technical/ Managerial Capabilities.
(9) Evidence of compliance with NSITF Act.
(10) Evidence of execution of previous similar project with SUBEB or any other similar organization in the State/Country.
(11) Evidence of Annual turnover of company for at least 3years.
(12) Evidence of Payment of Payee.
(13) Evidence of Registration with VAT office.
(14) Evidence of Payment of Tax Clearance for 3 years.
(15) Sworn Affidavit from the High Court of Justice in the Country, Affirming that No officer of SUBEB or the relevant committees of the Kano State Public Procurement Bureau or the PPB is a former Director or present shareholder, has any pecuniary interest in the bidder, that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in particulars, that None of the directors has been committed in any Court of Law for any Criminal offence including fraud and any financial impropriety falsification or act – similar nature and that all information contained in bidding are genuine
(b) Submitted pre-qualification documents will be opened by 12:00pm on the closing date i.e 13 December, 2022 at the SUBEB SBMC Hall, SUBEB Headquarters Audu Bako Secretariat, Kano.
NOTE:
(i) That late submission of bids will not be entertained, please
(ii) That only successful candidates will be asked to Tender, Please.
(iii) That the Board is not bound to accept the lowest tender.
