EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR INSURANCE BROKERS AND UNDERWRITERS FOR AMCON 2023 FINANCIAL YEAR
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) was established by the AMCON Act, 2010. In order to insure the Corporation’s assets and also the pledged collaterals of acquired Eligible Bank Assets (EBAs), AMCON requires reputable and competent firms of Insurance Brokers and Underwriters to provide services for the 2023 financial year.
(2.0) REQUIREMENTS

(3.0) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The completed documents are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating Expression of Interest and addressed to:

(4.0) CLOSING DATE
The completed Expression of Interest should be submitted to the office of the Secretary, Cost Control and Tenders Committee, Abuja on or before 12 noon of Friday, 13 January 2023.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It must be noted that;
(1) Late submissions shall be rejected.
(2) All Submissions should be arranged and numbered in the order listed above.
(3) All costs incurred by any company as a result of this “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” (EOI) and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the company.
(4) The “Expression of Interest” and any related process neither creates any commitment by AMCON nor establish any legal relationship.
(5) All information must be provided in English Language
(6) AMCON reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
