INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PRODUCTION OF HYGIENE BEHAVIOR CHANGE (HBC) ILLUSTRATION TOOLS/MATERIALS
(1.0) PREAMBLE
Humanity Family Foundation for Peace and Development (HUFFPED) and Lagos State Government with support from WaterAid Nigeria and funding from Kimberly Clark Cooperation under the Sanitation, Hygiene Improvement project hereby invites tenders from reputable and qualified printing companies for the production of Hygiene Behavior Change (HBC) illustration tools/materials.

(3.0) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following:
(i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(ii) Evidence of registration with Ojodu LCDA.
(iii) Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for (he last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);
(iv) List of certified Board Members showing their designation on the Board
(v) The forwarding letter submitting the bid documents should be signed by the Chairman of the Board or his alternate
(vi) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs previously undertaken, including letters of awards and Completion Certificates within the pass three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of the these similar job.
(vii) Certified copies of company bank statement in the last 6 months
(viii) Description and list of relevant equipment owned by the company; include proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment.
(ix) A work plan indicating how the work will be carried out from start to finish and number of days required to complete the work.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY
Interested bidders are to submit company profile and BOQ from 5 Monday December to Friday, 9 December, 2022 between 9.30 am to 4.00 pm, Company profile and BOQ shall be in THREE copies (ONE original and TWO photocopies), containing spreadsheet copy of the completed BOQ and PDF Copies of other bid documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Sealed envelopes will be received until 11a.m, of 9 December, 2022. Bid opening shall follow at 12:00 noon of same day at the HUFFPED address written above.
