INVITATION TO TENDER FOR EARTHWORKS AND ASPHALTIC PAVING OF 720M ROAD, 23 BASORUN HOUSING ESTATE, AKOBO, IBADAN IN LAGELU LOCAL GOVERNMENT
This is to notify the general public that Lagelu Local Government, Iyana Offa, Ibadan, Oyo State Of Nigeria intends embarking on this Road project indicated below
Earthworks and Asphaltic Paving of 720m, Road, 23 Basorun Housing Estate, Akobo, Ibadan in Lagelu Local Government”.
(1) Tenders are therefore, invited from reputable and competent contractors for the said project.
(2) The following documents and/or their photocopies must be attached to the tenders.
(a) Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as a Contractor
(b) Evidence of past execution of similar projects
(c) Evidence of tax payment for the past three years
(d) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of One Hundred Thousand (100,000.00) Naira only to the coffers of the Local Government.
(e) Evidence of financial capability to handle the project without any hitch
(f) Evidence/Proof of Company’s incorporation
(g) Comprehensive Company’s Profile
(h) VAT Certificate
(3) Successful Tender shall be communicated by the Local Government who shall not be obliged to offer any explanation for rejecting any Tender
(4) All Tenderers are to meet the Director of Works of the Local Government during office Hours for site inspection and further details of the projects.
(5) All applications in Sealed envelopes should be addressed to the Chairman, Lagelu Local Government, Iyana Offa, Not LATER THAN (3) THREE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS PUBLICATION (23 December, 2023)
