The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to supply the following generator spare parts:

  1. SENS stored energy system trickle charger Battery charger NRG24-10HC/317019-5211 12-24volts- 4 EACH
  2. Controller: Asco ATS. Power Controller, Model: 955717-001 -300Series ATS-200-800A/416/230V- 1 EACH
  3. Controller: Zenith ATS: MX150 GE ZENITH CONTROLS ATS ZTG CONTROLLER ATS-800A/420/240V- 2 EACH
  4. Contactors: Local ATS Contactor: Twin Metasol 400a/4 LS- 2 EACH
  5. IC Timer 8pins 60 Second DC12V/50/60Hz Local ATS- 4 EACH
  6. IC Timer 8pins 60 Second AC24V/50/60Hz Local ATS- 4 EACH

You are invited to submit a quotation with delivery to American Embassy Warehouse Abuja.

Due to new Government requirements for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, you are required to fill the attached form.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following:

  1. Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings,  (where applicable), along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is December 31, 2022.

Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
