INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF 3200 UNITS OF 100W ALL-IN-ONE INTEGRATED SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM STREETLIGHTS IN SELECTED LOCATIONS WITHIN DAMATURU, YOBE STATE CAPITAL AND OTHERS.
(1) The Yobe State Ministry of Transport and Energy in furtherance to its statutory mandate intends to undertake the procurement of various works under the 2022 Capital Appropriation and in accordance with the extant provision of Yobe State Public Procurement Act, 2016.
(2) The Ministry therefore invites all experienced and competent bidders/vendors with relevant experience to submit Technical and Financial Bids for below project:
PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF 3200 UNITS OF 100W ALL-IN-ONE INTEGRATED SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM STREETLIGHTS IN SELECTED LOCATIONS WITHIN DAMATURU, YOBE STATE CAPITAL AND OTHERS. - The Entity hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the above described works/supplies:
- Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria:
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
- Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2019, 2020 & 2021)
- Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2018, 2019 & 2020);
- Company’s profile;
- Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
- Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
- Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
- Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director of Planning, Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquarters, Damaturu.
- A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non- refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) at the Bureau on Public Procurement, Investment House, Damaturu.
- Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquarters, Damaturu on or before Thursday, 12 January, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at Yobe State Ministry of Transport & Energy Headquarters, Damaturu by 12:00 noon.
