(1) The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the African development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Toilets in Schools, Health centers and Public places.
(2) The Project Implementation Unit Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction of 130 Toilets Facilities in Schools, Health centers and Public places.
(3) Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National), OCB/N procedures as specified in the African Development Bank Procurement framework (October 2015) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework which is available on www.afdb.org website.
(4) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Programme Coordinator at the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
(5) The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty thousand Naira (N50,000.00). The method of payment will be made through the bank into the following account.

(6) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00pm, 23 February, 2023. Electronic Bidding will [will not] be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
(7) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security/Managers’ Cheque as appropriate of:
