These Terms of Reference details the support required to enhance the ACT-CSO led Campaign against vote buying in the upcoming 2023 general elections in 10 states in Nigeria
This assignment will enable the ACT programme CSO partners to reach a very wide audience in target states with Vote buying prevention information through the medium(s) identified above.
