EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR 2022/2023 CAPITAL PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Ikeja Electric Plc. (IE) has received a CREDIT facility from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for Accelerated Transmission – Distribution interface Projects to invest in the DISCOS through rehabilitation and expansion projects.
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK
(2.1) IKEDC 49: Rehabilitation of 11kV and 33kV Feeders
(i) Rehabilitation of 26No Overhead and 1No Underground 33KV Feeder across the 6No Business Unit.
(ii) Rehabilitation of 60No Overhead 11KV Feeder across the 6No Business Unit.
(3.0) CONDITION FOR ELIGIBILITY
In order to be considered for pre-qualification, bidders for relevance in their areas of interest will be required to provide information on the following:
(a) Evidence of company registration (CAC Certificate, C02, C07 or Statement of Affairs for Business Names).
(b) Detailed company profile including details of key professional staff.
(c) Bank Reference Letter
(d) Proof of Address
(e) Preceding 3 years Audited Accounts / Statement of Accounts
(f) Preceding 3 years ended financial Tax Clearance Certificate (2019, 2020, 2021)
(g) VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittances.
(h) Evidence of Compliance with Pension Act, NSITF, ITF and evidence of remittances.
(i) Evidence of manufacturers accreditation (if applicable)
(j) Evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility (if applicable)
(k) Evidence of Corporate Environmental and Governance Policy (if applicable)
(l) Any other relevant supporting documents that would fast track the validation.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Soft copies of all documents should be forwarded to Capitalprojects@ikejaelectric.com
All documents must be chronologically arranged as stated above, properly scanned as one document, and the email caption should be “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR IKEDC 49 2022 / 2023 PROJECTS” with email signature stating the full name of the company, mailing address, mobile number, company representative and position.
All EOI documents must be submitted to the designated mail on or before close of business on Friday, 10 February, 2023.
