Rhema Care Integrated Development Centre (RIDEC) is a faith-based, not-for- profit, non-governmental organization based in Port Harcourt with offices in Cross Rivers.
Rhema Care is currently implementing the Strengthening Community Response for Refugees in Nigeria (SCRIN Project) in partnership with Malteser International funded by GFFO targeted at Cameroonian Refugees in Taraba State and Cross River State. The Procurement Committee of the Project hereby calls for offer from qualified and experienced vendors who can work in hard-to- reach area in Taraba State and Cross River State to bid for the following:
