REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The request is for the procurement of a vendor to print/provide:
(1) 200 high-level invitation cards
(2) 200 drivers tags
(3) 100 letterheads
(4) 200 sheets of high-quality glossy paper
KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL SUPPLIERS ARE TO COME FOR SAMPLE INSPECTION ON OR BEFORE COB WEDNESDAY
