The U.S. Embassy Abuja requires a vendor to provide Meeting Hall that will accommodate 100 persons for DTRA Monkeypox Workshop from (February 13 -17, 2023).
The hall shall be able to accommodate breakout sessions during the training for 5 days. Lodging should be provided for 30 (thirty) participants.
Projector with screen, Flip chat with 4 (four) extra refill sheets, spiral binded notepads, pens, transparent file jacket and flash drive to be made available throughout the training
