INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Abaji Area Council, Federal Capital Territory Administration, Abuja hereby invites applications for Pre-qualification/Tender from competent and reputable interested companies/contractors for the execution of some approved projects for the year 2023 budget
(A) SCOPE OF WORKS
LOT I: PURCHASES
(i) Procurement of Official Motor Vehicle Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Jeep (TXL) 6- Cylinder 2022 series for Hon. Chairman.
(ii) Procurement of Official Motor Vehicle, Toyota Camry (V6) Engine 2022 series for Hon. Vice Chairman.
(iii) Procurement of Official Motor Vehicle, Toyota Corolla 1.8 Engine capacity 2022 series for Hon Speaker.
(iv) Purchase of 1 Hilux and 1 Ambulance.
(v) Purchase of Motorcyclist 40 Nos.
(vi) Purchase of 3 Nos of flying Boats.
(vii) Procurement of Hiace 18 Seater Bus.
(viii) Purchase of Security vehicle 10 Nos.
(ix) Purchase of and installation of 2 nos of Transformer at Maderegi and Naharati
LOT II: REHABILITATION/MAINTENANCE/CONSTRUCTION
(i) Rehabilitation/Maintenance of Existing Surface Dressing and Asphalt Overlay of Road along Gbakya & Township Road Abaji
(ii) Rehabilitation/Reticulation of Nuku Village water scheme.
(iii) Drilling of 10 Nos Motorized Boreholes within 10 wards.
(iv) Extension/Maintenance of Electricity within the ten wards.
(v) Construction of 1 Block of (3) Class Room, Perimeter Fence, Solar Borehole and Toilet at Angwuwan Hausawa Abete Naharati.
(vi) Maintenance of Township Roads
(vii) Rehabilitation/Upgrading of Council Fence, Store and Reinforce concrete Drainages along the Council Secretariat Road.
(viii) Construction of Reinforce Concrete Drainages In front Abaji Cattle Market to high Court Sabon Tasha.
(ix) Rehabilitation of Rural Feeder Roads within 10 wards.
(x) Rehabilitation/Maintenance of primary schools within Abaji Area Council
(xi) Construction of Six Cell box Culvert across River Ukya Abaji.
(xii) Construction of (80) Capacity of Mother and Child Hospital at Abaji.
(xiii) Construction of Police Station at Yaba.
(xiv) Grading of 2.8km Abaji-Nuku Rural Feeder road.
(xv) Grading of 5km Agyana-Nanda-Pandagi Gbako Rural Feeder Road.
LOT III: PROCUREMENT OF EDUCATIONAL HEALTH AND AGRICULTURAL MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT
(i) Provision of Teaching/Instructional materials/Tools
(ii) Equipping of Women Development Centre Abaji.
(iii) Furnishing of School at Abaji.
(iv) Supply of Medical Equipment and Furnishing of some selected primary Health Care in Abaji.
(v) Provision of Insecticide Treated Net to PHC Centre in Abaji.
(vi) Furnishing and Equipping of Primary Health of Mother and Child at Abaji main Town.
LOT IV: RENOVATION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS
(i) Renovation/Building of Additional Cool Room office with Toilet facilities at New Township Clinic.
(ii) Renovation of Ayaura primary health centre Abaji.
(iii) Renovation of Primary Health Centre within 10 wards.
LOT V: INSTALLATION/PROVISION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT
(i) Lighting up of Community with all in 1 solar Street light with high breed lumen and 60 watts led light across the 10 wards in Abaji
(B) PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDER CRITERIA
Interested companies / contractors are expected to meet up with the following criteria for Pre-Qualification /Tender consideration:
(i) Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of registration with Abaji Area Council.
(iii) Tax Clearance Certificate for three consecutive years i.e. 2021 – 2023.
(iv) Company profile.
(v) Bank reference.
(vi) List of equipment.
(vii) Any other relevant information.
(viii) Companies/Contractors should collect Bid/Tender Document in the Works Department of the Area Council.
(C) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Pre-Qualification/Tender documents should be submitted in property sealed envelopes and should reach Secretary Tender’s Board on or before 23 February, 2023.
Interested Companies/contractors should pay a non – refundable registration fee N10,000 and Tender fee of N60,000.00k only respectively to Abaji Area Council Special Revenue Account No. 2000318051 with First Bank Plc of any branch in Nigeria.
All Pre-qualification/Tender documents will be publicly opened on the closing date by 12:30pm at the Council Conference Hall in the Secretariat Complex.
